Plus Expenses: First class travel fare(Unrestricted) + 1. Hotel and ground travel accommodations for two.
Payment Terms: 50% of speakers fee due upon contract signing. Balance due 10 days prior to the event.
Travel, food, miscellaneous expenses.
Client responsibilities: Client signs contract with speaker 90 days before event. Client makes and pays for travel and lodging accommodations. Client sends travel arrangement tickets and hotel and ground accommodation "passes" and information to speaker 21 days before travel.
