  2. All owners and "financial contributors" must advertise / promote the 'Giant Killer' in the prescribed manner(s). The prescribed manner(s) mentioned here, in step 2, will likely, but not certainly, be limited to bumper stickers and other signs, business cards, and clothing insignias, etc.. 
  3. If possible and when appropriate all owners and "financial contributors" must ask others to visit the 'Giant Killer'.  It is acceptable to accomplish / do this by giving business cards carrying the 'Giant Killer' URL when appropriate. note: Those members of the public who visit the 'Giant Killer', regardless of how they arrive, will not be required to become an owner or "financial contributor"; that is not our aim.
  4. No owner or "financial contributor" can remain an owner or "financial contributor" if he or she causes negative words to be spoken or written about the 'Giant Killer' or speaks or writes negative words about the 'Giant Killer'.
  5. If , at any time, an owner or "financial contributor" is no longer, or not, able to abide by the rules and regulations, of which this web page is part,  necessary to remain, or be, an owner or "finacial contributor", then, he or she must resign immediately and without hesitation or be forced to resign.
  6. If an owner or "financial contributor" resigns or is forced to resign he or she is no longer entitled to, nor will he or she receive, any of the priveledges, benefits, etc., associated with being an owner or "financial contributor", financial or otherwise.

How do I become a "financial contributor" ? -  $ 300 "per share".
  1. Presently the cost to become a "financial contributor" is U.S. $300 "per share".
  2. After the launch requirements have been met or after June 21, 2006 the cost to become a "financial contributor" increases to U.S. $5,000.
When will I get money paid to me for being a "financial contributor"?
  1. After the total requriement amount of U.S. $950,000 has been met from, or via, "financial contributors" and the 'Giant Killer' is online for one quarter(3 months) a maximum of 25% of profits will be divided by the number of all outstanding "shares". For each "share" that you own you will get 25% of profits divided by the number of all outstanding "shares".  note: Payments to "financial contributors" will be deferred until the next scheduled payment if each "share's" associated payment is not, at least, U.S. $250. You may own more than one share as a "financial contributor"; the sole defined affect of owning multiple "shares" is the potential to get paid an equal amount, as described above, for each share that you own. note: The owners may, at their prerogative, reduce the total requirement amount and launch online sooner.
When will I lose the ability to get paid for being a "financial contributor"?
  1. When you resign as a "financial contributor" or you are forced to resign because you did not abide by, or are not abiding by, the rules and regulations necessary to remain a "financial contributor" or when the 'Giant Killer' Website is sold or "taken down". note: In the event that the Website is sold all "financial contributors" will get 25% of profits from the sale divided by the number of all outstanding "shares" for each share that they own.
